About Your Instructor

Adrienne Wrightson was trained as a classical ballet dancer, graduating from Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet in 1992. She performed and taught ballet for ten years during which time she used Gyrotonic exercise as strength training. She was certified as an instructor in 2001 and completed an integrated bachelor’s degree in Neurokinesiology in 2009. Her students have span in age from 8 – 78 and include dancers, artists, educators, and people living with arthritis, scoliosis, brain injury and Parkinson’s disease. Adrienne continues to study extensively with master trainers and invites you to join her in the fascinating discovery of human movement.
